Richard received his BA from Columbia University in 2024. While there, he studied the role of diet on innate lymphoid cells type 2 activation and immune response in Dr. Yuefeng Huang’s lab, and used induced pluripotent stem cells to model and develop therapeutic strategies for Bietti’s Crystalline Dystrophy in Dr. Stephen Tsang’s lab. His current research includes stem cell induction and human regeneration, as well as cancer-immune interactions.
In his free time, he enjoys playing computer games with his friends, and building and painting his warhammer miniatures, which he will sometimes take to tournaments. He is also a big fan of tabletop RPGs , and plays in several campaigns with his friends.
