Francesco Dalla Ricca

Francesco graduated from UC Berkeley in December 2019 with a degree in Molecular Cell Biology. After graduating, he worked at the Aydogan lab from Spring 2020 to Fall 2023 when he was accepted to the UCSF DSCB graduate program. He is interested in studying the role of metabolism on biological timing in cancer and embryonic cells, and how that metabolism contributes to each cell's unique needs for time control.

Outside of the lab, Francesco enjoys reading, writing, playing video games, watching movies, and discussing said books, games, and movies.
