Become a part of our journey at Columbia
Applications for postdoctoral associate position are always welcome. Contact directly Mustafa Aydogan at mga2157@columbia.edu for requirements.
Candidates with backgrounds in cell biology, genetics, biochemistry, systems biology, evolutionary or developmental biology are always welcome. For candidates with backgrounds in applied physics/chemistry/mathematics, past experience and published work in biology-related research are required. The research projects will vary depending on candidate's interest and experience at the interface of biological and quantitative sciences.
Enquiries for graduate student positions are also always welcome. Columbia University Irving Medical Center attracts students internationally to its justly famous graduate programs - consider applying to these for a prospective studentship in our laboratory. Beginning graduate students at Columbia University Irving Medical Center can pop for a chat any time to discuss potential rotation projects. External graduate students/postdocs/faculty interested in a visiting position to learn how to study different aspects of biological time control should contact us via e-mail to see the available opportunities in our work.
Enquiries for undergraduate research will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Voluntary wet-lab research or data analysis projects for undergraduates, as well as recent graduates, of MCD biology or mathematics/physics/chemistry/computer science, will be prioritized.
